Alana De La Garza's beauty has left an impression even on tiny screens. De La Garza, a Mexican American father as well as an Irish American mother, were both born in Columbus Ohio on June 26, 1976. Her move to Texas in order to pursue an occupation as a physical therapist at the University of Texas. De La Garza stayed in Texas for a brief period before moving in Orlando Florida. She took part in many different kinds of acting roles, including commercials and local independent movies. Despite her small roles, she soon discovered her love to act. The year 2001 saw her move into New York where her first appearance was on the All My Children's daytime soap as Rosa Santos. Through the first half of 2000 she was a small part in JAG Las Vegas as well as Two and a Half Men. Her first major part came in the year 2004, on the underrated film The Mountain. Her most well-known character was Law & Order, where she portrayed A.D.A. Connie Rubirosa. She was on for 85 of the episodes. Her character then flocked to the short-lived spinoff Law & Order: LA. De La Garza has received numerous nominations in the character's honor, such as Best Supporting Actress Television Imagen Foundation Awards or even ALMA Award nominations. She won an Impact Award in 2008 for her performance that stood out on the dramatic TV series of National Hispanic Media Coalition. De La Garza, in a recurring cast role in CSI Miami was announced a couple of minutes after. She performed the role of Marisol Deko as the spouse of David Caruso's Horatio. In the NBC's dramatic, dark drama Do No Harm she played her character of Dr. Lena Solis. The show was canceled after just two episodes. Alyssa Milano.............................Alyssa Jayne Milano was born on December 19 1972 in the Bensonhurst section of Brooklyn New York City to fashion designer and talent manager Lin Milano and film-music editor Thomas M. Milano. Her younger sister is Cory and is Italian by descent. The family she was raised in was strict and religious parents. Milano was first introduced to acting at the age of seven old. Babysitters took her along for an audition for her very first time. Out of more than a thousand applicants, she was chosen as one of just four. Milano appeared in TV commercials and off Broadway shows, including the American premiere musical adaptation from Jane Eyre.
